Maria Torres and Carlota Ciganda Take the Early Lead at the Evian Championship

Torres, a rookie who is the first player from Puerto Rico with a full L.P.G.A. card, had an eagle to help offset two bogeys in the opening round of the Evian, the tour's fifth major tournament.
